Hibou sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts. It uses your browser's local storage for a few strictly necessary or preference items, listed here.
| Key | Kind | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
hs-cookies | Necessary | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it |
hs-bar | Preference | Hides the announcement bar after you close it | Browser session |
hs-toast | Preference | Hides the bottom-left card after you close it | Browser session |
Your wallet extension may keep its own data; that is governed by its own policy. Refusing preferences clears the session items and keeps only your choice.
