These terms cover your use of this website, its app pages, its API, MCP server and SDK (together, "Hibou"), and the Hibou smart contracts it lets you call. By using Hibou you accept them.

What Hibou is

Hibou is open software: an interface to public smart contracts (a Uniswap v4 hook, a module registry and a staking contract) and an automated agent that drafts hook modules from submitted ideas. Hibou is not a broker, exchange, bank, adviser or custodian. It never holds your keys. Every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and executed by the blockchain.

No advice

Nothing on Hibou is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. $HIBOU is a utility token used to stake, vote and submit ideas onchain. Its value can go to zero. Fees, burns, rebates, pots and author payouts depend on trading activity and on which module is live, and can be zero.

Modules and the agent

Modules are drafted by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) and tested by automated suites and fork replays before stakers vote on them. Tests and reviews reduce risk; they do not remove it. A module only decides how fees are split across fixed sinks and runs read-only, but smart contracts can contain bugs, and blockchains, oracles and price feeds can fail or be delayed.

Ideas you submit

An idea you submit is public. You grant Hibou and anyone else a free, worldwide, irrevocable right to use, adapt and publish it, including as code. The 20% author share is paid by the contract to the address recorded with the idea only while a module built from it is live; there is no other compensation. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, personal data of others, or unlawful content. The agent may decline any idea.

Fees and payments

The Hibou pool charges a 1% fee in ETH on swaps, split as described in the docs. Submitting an idea onchain burns 1,000 $HIBOU. A priority review over x402 costs 0.10 USDG and is not refundable once the authorization is settled. Network gas is yours to pay.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use these services there. You may not use Hibou if you are a resident of, or located in, a country under comprehensive sanctions, or listed on a sanctions list. You are responsible for your own taxes.

No affiliation

Names and marks of third parties shown on Hibou (Uniswap, Pons, NVIDIA, Tesla, Anthropic, Claude, Coinbase, x402, Model Context Protocol, Blockscout, X) belong to their owners and are used only to describe integrations. Hibou is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. Tokenized stock feeds are read as data; Hibou does not offer those stocks.

Operator

Hibou is operated by its team, reachable on X. The site and contracts are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses from using Hibou, from smart contract behaviour, from network events or from third-party services.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the last update. Continuing to use Hibou after a change means you accept it.
