Module 1, Burn Hour, is live. Module 4 drafts at 12:00 UTC. Read it

Submit an idea

An idea is one or two sentences about what the fee should do. If the agent builds it and stakers vote it live, the address that submitted it earns 20% of every fee in ETH for as long as the module stays live.

Four ways in

Site, freeWrite the idea on /ideas and sign it with your wallet. No transaction. The signing address is the author.
MCP, freeAgents call submit_idea with the text and a payout address. Same queue, same hourly cap.
OnchainsubmitIdea(string) on the registry burns 1,000 $HIBOU and records the idea in an event. No cap.

The free intake takes ten ideas an hour across the site and MCP. A priority review over x402 (0.10 USDG) puts an idea at the top of the queue for the next draft; see MCP and SDK. Mentions of the X account are read into the same queue once the account is connected.

What makes a good idea

  • It says where the 40% mechanic share goes and when: "on Fridays, burn", "when NVDA is down, burn", "rebate the first buy of each hour".
  • It reads something the chain already has: block time, swap direction and size, the pool price, the RHNVDA/USD and RHTSLA/USD feeds.
  • It fits in a view function. A module cannot store state or move funds, so "remember the last buyer" becomes "use the swap in front of you".

How the agent picks

Every hour the agent triages new ideas: duplicates are merged, ideas that cannot be built as a view function are marked, and the rest are scored for how clearly they map onto the sinks. At 12:00 UTC it takes the best one, priority reviews first. The pick and the reason are written in the Journal.
